In-store/ Curbside Pick Up

**We are offering in-store or curbside pick during business hours. Once your order has been fulfilled we will contact you by email. **

When you are ready to check out, you will still be asked for a shipping address as a required field. You can select same as billing and proceed to the next page, and select "In-store/Curbside Pick Up" as your shipping option at no cost. Once your order has been processed we will email you when your order is ready to pick up. When you arrive please call the shop 613-232-2473 with your name and order number. We are open for in-store shopping and  you are welcome to drop in to pick up your order too. We aim to have our  pick up orders prepared the next day if they arrive after the shop is closed or same day if orders come in before 4pm. We will notify you by email when your order is ready to be picked up. 

Exceptions may apply during holidays. For holiday hours we ask that you call in advance to confirm our hours of business, or check our Instagram for changes in store hours.


We do our best to send out orders within 24hrs of receiving the order.  We use Canada Post Standard Expedited shipping for the flat rate shipping option.  

boogie by bike - $6 flat fee

Our bike delivery service is available to those living in Ottawa within the designated zone. We have partnered with an Ottawa local bike courier, Veloz Courier, to offer our local customers a zero-emission and quick delivery option for your boogie finds. We can deliver to the following neighbourhoods: Downtown, The Market, Centretown, Glebe, Sandy Hill, Lowertown, Hintonburg, Chinatown, New Edinburgh and Little Italy. When checking out if your address is in the designated zone local delivery will come up as an option.

  •  We will do our best to send out orders placed by 11:00 am EST same day by 5:00pm
  • All order placed by 11:59 pm EST Monday-Friday will be delivered the next day 
  • $6 Flat rate 

Have a Friend Pick Up Your Order 

If you would like someone else to pick up your order from the store, please indicate in the box “Note to boogie + birdie” when in Cart the first and last name of the person picking up your order. Please give them your order number as reference when picking up your order.

Shipping in Canada (No International Shipping)

We currently offer FREE shipping for orders +$150 or a $10 flat rate shipping across Canada. 

Sales Tax

Sales tax on your order is calculated based on the applicable taxes on the products purchased and the destination of your order. The provincial and local sales tax laws of your order destination will apply at checkout.

Tracking Your Shipment

You can track your order through Canada Post. Once you place an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail including a summary of your order, the shipping method selected, the shipping and billing address you provided, and an option to View Your Order. You can review the status of your order, the expected delivery, and the tracking number provided by Canada Post, and choose to receive text message alerts from Canada Post.

    Cancelling or Modifying Submitted Orders

    If you would like to add or remove items on your order, we will do our best to make those changes before your package is sent. If you would like to make any changes or cancellations to your order, please e-mail as soon as possible and we will try to make those adjustments.

    Returns + Exchanges 

    We offer exchange or refund on all eligible items 14 days from delivery.  Items can be returned in-store or shipped back in it's original packaging and conditon at your expense. Please provide the packing slip or order number or gift receipt. If you have a gift receipt we offer exchange or store credit note.

    Final Sale Items

    The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return: earrings, beauty products, items marked final sale, seasonal, sale items and in-store and online gift cards.


    Unfortunately, damages happen sometimes when shipping product. We do our best to ensure your items are protected before they are sent, but it can be rough out there. If your item arrives damaged from its journey, please take a photo of the item and the packaging and e-mail the details to within 7 days of your package arriving. We want you to be happy and will do our best to fix the situation.
