What is RUBY chocolate? It is made from the Ruby cocoa bean which has an intense fruity taste and characteristic pinkish colour. The pink hue comes after the beans have gone through a unique process to unlock flavour and colour tones. This "fourth type in chocolate" offers a totally new taste experience, which is not bitter, milky or sweet.
