This small-batch Salted Caramel Craft Coffee Syrup is built on a deep, slow-cooked caramel base, finished with a touch of sea salt that does exactly what it should: it brightens the sweetness, rounds the bitterness of the coffee, and leaves a finish that makes you want to linger a little longer. Rich without being cloying. Sweet without being simple.

Beyond the mug, Salted Caramel opens interesting doors. It's at home in a brown butter old fashioned, stirred into whipped cream for a weekend dessert, or drizzled lightly over vanilla ice cream alongside a shot of espresso for an affogato that requires very little effort to feel considered.
